You can access the SIS “Parent Portal”. This is an online Portal from Ministry of Education to track marks, attendance, behaviour, timetable and BMI.
Listed below are the steps required towards granting access to parents. Please register as a parent.
STEP1: Parent information has been entered into the corresponding student/s, by the student services staff members.
STEP 2: Parent navigates to sis.moe.gov.ae and clicks the register as a parent link at the bottom of the page.
STEP 3: The parent enters the emirates ID and mobile number that was stored in the student profile. They will receive an SMS to the mobile number saved in the student profile. They can change this once they are logged in, both username and password.
STEP 4: It should automatically detect the students (even from other MoE schools), if not; the user can click the link existing student button and enter the student’s emirates ID and date of birth. This must match what is on the system and should be correct on SIS so it can match. If there is any problem in doing so, do contact the student services.
STEP 5: Once the student is connected, the parent can see the released marks, timetable (schedule), period attendances, behavior, and health. The parent can also click on the stars (*) to see approved formative grading assignments.
STEP 6: Parents can also view the student and parent information stored in SIS.
It is highly recommended to check this data so you can report any discrepancies. Do contact the student services who must make the necessary change and update the information.
