Message from the principal 

Aligned to the vision of H.H.Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nayan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, and sponsored by the Abu Dhabi Government, the Institute of Applied Technology (IAT) was established by Emiri Decree in 2005.

Within this decree, the vision of the Institute of Applied Technology was that of an “evolving and world leading system of technical education producing the scientists, engineers and technicians capable of building for the UAE a highly sophisticated industrial base”.

IAT Fujairah accepts the challenge to convert this vision into reality by offering our students a superior senior secondary education to prepare them to become responsible world citizens who think creatively, reason critically, communicate effectively and learn enthusiastically throughout life.

Learning is the key goal of our school and the learning principles of IAT Fujairah are founded on the following factors:
