Registration Required Documents 

Candidates and guardians must complete the registration procedures, by providing all required documents including:

• Family Record
• Passport
• Eighth grade certificate for G9 students, and ninth grade certificate for G10 students, approved by MoE.
• A transfer form from the previous school, approved by MoE.
• Health file from the previous school.
• A signed learning contract by the student and guardian.
• 6 recent photo (4x6).

All registration procedures must be completed prior to the first day of classes. Applicants who furnish false, inaccurate or misleading information may be denied admission or may be subject to dismissal from the Institute of Applied Technology.
