Quality Assurance Section
At the Quality Assurance Department, we guarantee the development, review and implementation of the guidelines and standards which positively impact the performance of the TVET institutes
The Quality Assurance section, ensures that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements.

Quality Assurance in TVET consists of the totality of principles, methodologies, actions, measures and instruments through which quality is assured, at system and provider level. This implies that quality will ensure that learners achieve their goals, satisfy the needs of the society, and help in national development. Quality assurance is the responsibility of everyone, though the top management sets the policies and priorities and monitors the performance of ACTVET system.

Given the diversity and complexity of TVET systems and the different quality approaches used by TVET providers, a common quality framework was developed to ensure transparency, consistency and portability among all TVET providers in the Emirate. This framework helps TVET providers and stakeholders to document, develop, monitor, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of their deliverables.

In order to ensure that the above is implemented efficiently and effectively, the following functions are undertaken by the QA department.
